CANCELLATIONS
You must cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your service start time. If you fail to do so within the allowed 24 hour timeframe leading up to your appointment and need to cancel for any reason, your deposit will not be refunded.
We do understand that unforeseen circumstances occur with our loyal clients - we're all human. Please contact us directly to communicate your dilemmas. In the event of an extreme emergency, we may allow you to reschedule, using your initial deposit.
LATE POLICY
Your appointment will be cancelled after you are 15 minutes late to your appointment. If you arrive 16 minutes late, we may refuse service and will not negotiate our late policy. This policy is put in place to respect our client's time. All clients are informed that they may be obligated to wait 15 minutes before their service is started if a previous client utilizes their grace period. We will not ask our clients to wait any longer than 15 minutes due to any client failing to follow our salon policy.
Your deposit will not be refunded and your appointment will not be eligible for a reschedule with the initial deposit if you are tardy. You will need to book a new appointment and place another deposit on file to be serviced.
OUR GUARANTEE & MISHAPS
If we need to cancel your appointment for any reasons related to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts that may occur without prior notice, we will offer to reschedule your service with a cancellation discount. You will also be offered a full refund if you prefer to retract your deposit and cancel your service entirely.
Please keep in mind that we do our absolute best in regard to maintaining a professional tone. If you are notified with a cancellation or reschedule request, we will ask what your immediate availability may be and will try our best to accommodate your schedule. Please allow 1 day for text/DM response as we sort out our options and scheduling limits. Feel free to use our live booking calender to scope out other slots that fit your schedule and send us the date/time that you'd like to chose as your rescheduled appointment.
We take our client-business relationships very seriously and strive to accommodate every client equally. We apologize in advance for any mishaps, disappointments or inconveniences.
BOOKING
All of our scheduling is carried out via our live booking sites. Please use the booking system for all services, including nail repairs or mishaps that may be our fault: Chipping within (3) business days, missing crystals, etc.
Although we urge clients to book online, you are welcome to text or call to request an appointment. We receive many texts, calls and DMs on a daily basis and try to respond within 1-2 business days. It is in your best interest to book online to secure a slot.
Also keep an eye out for our trend of availability. We usually become fully booked 1 week in advance.
If you'd like to schedule a special request appointment when we are fully booked, there will be a $20 convenience fee added onto your service. Please contact us directly for special request availability.
All mobile appointments are a standard $150 flat rate per client.
